Relaxation Books & CD

We are currently developing a range of relaxation and creativity CD's. The first is a straight forward relaxation CD and is available now. This is a development of the relaxation session we have at the end of our NLP courses and while extremely simple it can be exceptionally effective - partly due to the use of mild trance techniques and the addition of a backing track by Wolfgang Wein.

CD prices include post and protective packaging but exclude 'jewel cases'

Relaxation CD's

Japanese Yoga: The Way of Dynamic Meditation (Michi, Japanese Arts and Ways) by H E. Davy

Japanese yoga (also known as "shin-shin-toitsu-do") was developed in the early 1900s by Nakamura Tempu Sensei, one of the first Japanese to receive a medical degree from the U.S. Who he was and how he came to combine yogic disciplines with his own experiences and discoveries is a fascinating story in itself; it also provides a solid foundation for the meditations and exercises to follow. In addition to demonstrating the stretches and movements which will increase flexibility and coordination, the book offers practical ways to improve concentration and perception. Different forms of meditation and attention exercises are presented in a clear, concise manner--no shrouds of mystery or mysticism here, just a practical how-to guide that anyone with the inclination can follow

Where ever you go - there you are

A simple and straightforward introduction to Buddhist meditation practice from one of the leading authorities on stress-reduction techniques. Wherever You Go, There You Are has as its goal a personal transformation of the listener. Dr. Kabat-Zinn has taught this two-thousand year-old Buddhist method of relaxation to thousands of patients in his Stress Reduction Programme at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre. Through mindfulness, one makes every moment count. By "capturing" the present and living fully within each moment as it happens, one can reduce anxiety, achieve inner peace, and enrich the quality of life. With warmth and humour, Wherever You Go, There You Are blends stories, anecdotes, poems, images, and scientific observations with easily followed instructions. The result is a unique audio programme that is part inspiration and part study guide to a revolutionary new way of being, seeing, and living.
